
Moms Bean Hot Dish
1 Can Butter Beans
1 Can Baby Lima Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1/2 Lb Bacon
2 Medium onions
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1 tsp. Dry mustard
Fry bacon and onion, add Brown Sugar, Vinegar and Dry mustard. Pour over beans and bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
